CaO Hellas, the largest supplier of specialized lime products in the Balkans, has developed a new product under the name of GREENLIME which have brought a new dimension in Dry Sorbent Injection (DSI) and Hybrid Dry Sorbent Injection (HDSI), creating as a result a new method of Sorbent Injection under the name Multiple Points Dry Greenlime Injection (MPDGI).

GREENLIME is a specialized sorbent with additives based on calcium with specialized product characteristics such as surface area, grain size and porous size.

GreenLime

A sorbent material of high surface area and high reactivity

It is a sorbent material of high surface area and high reactivity in order to be injected in ducts with temperature range (80 – 300 °C). It is implemented before the environmental technology (Bag filters, ESP) and before/after the recovery temperature equipment.

Firelime Β

An extremely specialised sorbent material

It is an extremely specialized sorbent material of high surface area and high reactivity used to be injected into boilers, with the addition of enhancers to prevent harmful deposits. Complementary application to the injection of the duct in order to increase the improvement rate > 90 %. Application at high temperatures (> 1100 oC).

Specially treated sorbent material for duct injection

Specially treated sorbent material for duct injection. Reducing pollutants such as SOx, NOx, Hg, Cl and others. Enhanced with mineral absorbents. Used in temperature range up to 300 °C. Sodium bicarbonate chemically treated with no grinding need on site.
